$250 NON-Refundable Booking Deposit made via Zelle to tampaskin@gmail.com or online at www.tampaskin.co.
Deposits Not paid within 48 hours of initial booking will be cancelled. Availability changes frequently.
Once deposit received, you will get an email with an invoice of the total balance. Dates are not held without Client Intake, and Client Agreement forms completed and signed. Email us at tampaskin@gmail.com or call 813.500.9980 if you have not received your invoice.
Every client MUST fill out our credit card authorization form and provide a copy of driver’s license or ID.
Total balance must be paid fourteen days before service.
All pre-payments are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days prior to surgery date.
Full payment is required if scheduling within 2 weeks of your procedure.If the client has fully paid and the scheduled procedure is cancelled by the surgeon, the Aftercare service will be re-scheduled to the new surgery date.
If you have paid in full and cancel more than 7 days prior your surgery, you will be issued a refund except the non refundable booking deposit of $250
Transportation is provided within nursing package only. We cover up to 25 miles from Tampa FL 33609. Please plan ahead to coordinate post op appointment times.
We are unable to accomodate appointments prior to 9am.
Client is responsible for transportation to surgery.

PRIVATE POST-OPERATIVE NURSE
Private one-on-one care on day of surgery provided by Nancy P, a bilingual English and Spanish Board Certified Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience.

Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) helps movement of lymphatic fluids to prevent fluid buildup. Commonly done after Facelifts, LIPO 360 , BBL, Tummy Tucks, Arm or leg liposuction to help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and accelerate healing.
*Provided by a board-certified Registered Nurse as a nursing service.
Each session is 45mins
1 session $120
6 Sessions Bundle $600
We recommend 6-10 sessions. The frequency can be adjusted as swelling decreases.

Additional Hours: If available, must be paid via invoice in advance.
Evening or Overnight stay by home health aide or CNA optional (if available) for additional fee. Must be paid in advance.
*It is mandatory that you bring your garment required by your surgeon for your specific procedure.
*Patient is responsible for picking up their Rx meds

DAY 1 (day of surgery):

Patient must arrange transportation to surgery.
A responsible adult must stay with you the first 24 hrs
Evening or Overnight stay by home health aide optional (if available) for additional fee. Must request at consultation.
DAY 2:
Roundtrip transportation to your next day post-op appointment scheduled between 9am-2pm.
Help you get comfortable and leave.
Both days include:
Vital signs
Medication retrieval
Assistance with walking
Meal assistance
Bathroom assistance
Basic hygiene assistance
Post-op education for your support person by RN
Monitoring of surgical incision sites
Bed set-up
Surgical drains care

Registered Nurse (RN) available 24hrs via telehealth
Additional Hours: If available, must be paid via invoice in advance of the service date/time.
Evening or Overnight stay by home health aide or CNA optional (if available) for additional fee. Must be paid via invoice in advance of the service date/time.
